Manager – Stores Finance

Role Overview

• Lead and develop analysts responsible for payroll and non-payroll expense forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Oversee weekly and monthly forecasting processes
• Manage annual budgeting and planning processes
• Perform ad-hoc and scenario analysis
• Monitor key payroll and expense metrics
• Ensure payroll and non-payroll expenses remain within budget
• Partner cross-functionally to incorporate operational initiatives into forecasts and budgets
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting
• Oversee the store supplies ordering system, vendor relationships, and order management processes
• Prepare and communicate financial reports, insights, risks, and recommendations

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in store operations, asset protection or finance

• History of progressively increasing responsibility in operations functions
• Retail experience preferred
