Role Overview
- Take up an Operations Manager position within the Domestic Major Loss team
- Balance office and remote work to optimise team efficiency

- Work alongside designated adjusting executive

Requirements
- Experience handling complex property insurance claims
- Proven management skills and the confidence to lead a high performing team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more
- Negotiation skills for fair settlements
- Strong leadership and attention to detail
