Role Overview
Take up an Operations Manager position within the Domestic Major Loss team
Balance office and remote work to optimise team efficiency
Handle claims over £100k in value
Work alongside designated adjusting executive
Assess claims based on experience and technical ability

Requirements
Experience handling complex property insurance claims
Proven management skills and the confidence to lead a high performing team
Excellent communication skills
Ability to speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more
Negotiation skills for fair settlements
Strong leadership and attention to detail
