Role Overview
- Prepares documents and other agreements related to litigation and non-litigation matters
- Resolves routine legal questions under the direction of an attorney
- Compiles monthly reporting
- Represents the company on routine legal matters with outside counsel and customers
- Supports the Veradigm purpose in achieving peak performance
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good organizational and research skills
- Excellent people skills
- Attention to detail
- Legal drafting and research abilities
- Strong organizational skills in a multi-tasking environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Paralegal degree from an accredited institution
