Oversee the design, maintenance, and governance of ROPS data marts (e.g., Netezza, BigQuery)
Partner with IT to define requirements for data ingestion and transformation; manage the ingestion of data into our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW)
Implement and enforce data governance standards, including data lineage documentation, data dictionaries, and access controls
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into technical data requirements
Identify opportunities to automate manual data processes and improve the efficiency of data delivery to the Village
Set clear tactical and operational goals for the team
Conduct regular performance evaluations (PDRs), provide actionable feedback, and manage individual performance to ensure team success
Clear the path for growth by identifying and coaching each teammate based on their unique needs and career aspirations.

4+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence
1+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role (preferred)
Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts (e.g., Netezza, BigQuery)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
