Role Overview

Polo Managing Agency (PMA) is seeking a talented Risk Manager to play a key role in shaping and embedding our risk management framework across the agency and the syndicates under our management. Requirements

We are looking for someone who brings:**** Degree‑level education and/or a relevant professional qualification (IRM, CII).**Insurance industry experience is highly advantageous.**Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels, including senior leadership.**Excellent analytical, numerical, and written communication skills, with the ability to translate risk concepts into meaningful insights.**Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with risk management software is beneficial.A mindset aligned with PoloWorks’ PRIDE values.
