Play a key role in defining the vision and strategy for our software platform in the Central Europe markets
Build and maintain the regional roadmap for all Central Europe software products making key decisions on feature prioritisation, in line with product vision and strategy
Own and manage a structured backlog of user needs and feature ideas
Define requirements for UI and modelling features of our Central European software, working with local and central technical teams to design solutions meeting these requirements
Lead a cross-functional team of highly skilled software engineers, product managers, modellers, research analysts, commercial and customer success representatives in continuous product delivery
Develop and manage client relationships, developing in-depth understanding of client requirements and managing user feedback
Build and manage the Central Europe software product team, fostering positive working culture and providing mentorship and development opportunities for the team
Requirements
Minimum 3-6 years of professional experience at a major consultancy, energy company, software company, financial services company, or other knowledge-focused firm or institution
Proven track record of successfully managing large complex projects or products that require significant cross-functional coordination
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Good understanding of energy markets
Results-driven, with a high degree of persistence in reaching goals and a hands-on approach to ensuring targets are achieved
Professional proficiency in English, as well as in either of German or Polish
Good understanding of power market models (Desirable)
Track record of building and leading successful teams (Desirable)
Knowledge of the Polish language is a plus (Desirable)
