Role Overview
- Develop and own the global strategy for digital site operations
- Define and manage a standardized global site build template
- Build a site deployment roadmap aligned with business growth plans
- Lead end-to-end delivery of all technical components for new site openings
- Oversee regional execution teams and vendor partners
- Establish and enforce repeatable deployment models
- Manage dependencies across networking and digital workspace
- Develop a global staffing model
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance oversight
- Build a flexible pool of global resources
- Own the lifecycle of site deployment standards
- Ensure alignment to global IT policies
- Manage budget for infrastructure deployment
- Develop scalable vendor partnerships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Applies acquired expertise and exercises judgment to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent
- Ability to analyze situations or data by reviewing relevant factors
