About this role
Role Overview
Support the CE Head in the annual, cycle and monthly business review cycles
Design and manage the cadence of Monthly and cycle Business Reviews
Synthesize complex commercial analytics into concise executive briefings for rapid decision-making
Partner with BISV (Finance) team to monitor the commercial P&L and optimise resource allocation across the portfolio
Act as the central coordinator for DA strategy and commercial excellence
Spearhead high-priority projects to achieve annual business plan
Represent the Commercial Leader in internal forums; manage relationships across the matrix model
Ensure the commercial vision is clearly communicated to the field force and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences and Business; MBA, PharmD, or PhD strongly preferred
7-10+ years of progressive experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry
Proven track record in Brand Management, Commercial Excellence, or Management Consulting
Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ), political savvy, and the ability to influence without direct authority
