About this role

Building and maintaining a clear view of day-to-day pricing performance
Analysing pricing, conversion, claims and loss ratio data to identify opportunities to improve growth and profitability
Running and supporting pricing experiments (e.g. segment-level changes, elasticity testing)
Refining pricing segments, rating factors and tiering to improve decision quality
Working with insurer to evaluate pricing opportunities, assumptions and trade-offs
Building a clear view of price competitiveness, especially on PCWs
Working with Data Science to deepen analysis
Helping develop internal pricing capability

Experience in insurance pricing, risk modelling, or data science
ideally UK Home or another personal lines product
Highly analytical and hands-on with data
Ability to run pricing experiments (e.g., elasticity testing)
Knowledge to assess pricing assumptions, rating factors and trade-offs using data
Solid grounding in SQL and experience with Data Analysis tools such as Python, Jupyter, Looker or similar
