Role Overview
- Represent the voice of the client in projects and be responsible for the member/client experience
- Prepare a range of products and services to ensure a positive member/client experience
- Work in close collaboration with the project developer and business analyst
- Manage relationships with the project’s various stakeholders
- Lead and influence your squads’ specialists and the various stakeholders as part of planning, feasibility and development projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
