Support all In-Scope Voice/Contact Center and recording Technologies
Proactively monitor and quickly respond to hardware, software, and network Incidents
Plan and implement after-hours changes/upgrades to Voice and Contact Center related applications and infrastructure
Complete detailed implantation plans/design documentation
Troubleshoot/resolving complex Incidents
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and end-to-end support/resolution of Service Requests

0-2 years of experience
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering related field, or equivalent work experience
Detailed working knowledge configuring, supporting CUCM, Unity, Expressways, CER, Voice Gateways, UCCE, CVP, WEBEX-CC, CUBE, JABBER, Desk phones, Media Resources, Recording, Nice, Nexedia, Finesse, VVB, CUSP, IM&P|PRI, PSTN-ISDN, SIP, MGCP, H323, SCCP, Monitoring Tools-Prognosis, PRTG&RTMT, Service-Now, ITIL Framework, Vendor Engagement, Wireshark, Debugs, Traces, SOP, RISK-Auditing
