Manage and optimize VMware and Proxmox infrastructure.
Administer and support Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.) and Windows systems.
Proactively monitor system health, set up environments, and ensure optimal performance.
Full product lifecycle, including updates/patches, upgrades and maintenance.
Automate administration tasks, deployments, monitoring, and other operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for infrastructure management using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident management, change management, and problem resolution.

Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Have a good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, subnetting, switching, routing, and port configurations.
Have a good working experience from enterprise backup products.
Be comfortable in having direct customer interaction.
Adhere to best practice in everything you do.
Have a problem solving and can-do attitude.
Have a challenger attitude, to drive and implement change within your area of expertise.
Be used to working according to ITIL processes
