About this role
Role Overview
Drive the Trade transformation agenda and Retailers engagement to deliver company targets via strong Trade initiatives
Manage contracted universe in order to deliver Share of Voice KPIs
Optimise payment model to retailers
Drive placement and visibility of our new category products in Retail
Develop strategy for In Store Furniture and POSM execution
Handle and monitor hardware installation
Drive efficiencies of materials and ROI
Establish a team of Merchandisers according to company strategy and ensure smooth plan delivery meeting all targets
Ensure the smooth rollout of cycle plan activities, by managing the distribution of cycle materials
Monitoring quality and ensuring on time and in full delivery across geographies
Generate sales’ insights through system reports to support Trade business decisions
Manage a broader team of promoters driving quality consumers acquisition meeting contacts / trials/ sales KPIs as per target
Ensure plans delivery within budget while driving budget efficiencies across projects of Business Development and Sales team
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing or Business Administration roles
University/higher education degree
Fluency in Greek and English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (Excel and Power Point)
Previous experience with SAP and POs processes.
Previous experience with Retailers’ universe will be considered a plus.
Strong management of priorities according to importance
Ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Team player attitude
Ability to work closely with various stakeholders
Openness, flexibility and willingness to adapt to a changing environment
Positive and constructive attitude
Ability to work collaboratively across the organisation, whilst also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
