You are responsible for managing relationships with internationally active mid-market companies (family-owned, publicly listed, PE-owned), in particular with Finance Directors and Group Treasurers.
You ensure the management of the internal client sales team and drive business growth with your clients.
Within the OneBank approach, you maintain close cooperation with the private clients/wealth management areas.
You provide comprehensive advice to your clients and are responsible for selling the bank’s products and services — in particular Cash Management, (bilateral and syndicated) loans, Trade Finance, and interest rate and currency management.
You support and win mandates in Supply Chain Finance and for complex working capital solutions.
You coordinate your clients’ global credit allocation, evaluate new credit requests and extension applications (1LOD), and ensure that all required internal approvals are obtained.
You contribute to strategic transactions and coordinate syndicate loans, acquisition financing, as well as DCM and ECM solutions, rounding off your close internal collaboration.
Requirements
You have completed commercial banking training, advanced qualifications and/or a relevant degree.
You bring experience in servicing internationally active companies and strong credit expertise (bilateral and syndicated), and you have experience and assertiveness in credit and business committees (CAF, Lending Panel).
International experience and a capital markets background are an advantage.
You have already taken responsibility for your own client portfolio and possess excellent knowledge of and a strong interest in global financial and capital markets.
Knowledge of core corporate bank products such as Cash Management, Trade Finance, Balance Sheet Management, credit risk management/lending, and FX is desirable.
You demonstrate strong analytical and structured thinking and have experience managing complex tasks.
You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken; international experience is desirable.
