About this role

Advancement opportunity for Oakmont team members who are excelling in their Health Services role
Gain a comprehensive understanding of how to manage a team as a Health Services Director
Work under a current Health Services Director to gain on-the-job experience
Complete department training and be assigned to a community after training

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Candidates from Oakmont will need to have a minimum of six months in their current position
Prefer two (2) years experience as a Licensed Nurse
One (1) year's experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
All candidates will need to have a California LVN or RN License in good standing
Must be willing to travel throughout the state during training and must be open to relocation for a permanent position
Demonstrated interest in clinical leadership; prior experience coaching or mentoring peers preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a passion for serving older adults
Able to work with seniors and patiently interact with cognitively impaired individuals
Proficient in basic computer systems and ability to learn electronic health records and other Company tools
Able to read, write, and speak the English language to interact and communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers
Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening tests.
