Focuses on the daily execution of publisher steering and deal management, ensuring smooth buy-side operations.
Carries out daily implementation and operational management of PMP, AlwaysOn and trade deals as well as bespoke client setups in DSPs.
Works closely with Investment Management, client teams and publishers to align terms, priorities and deal setups.
Maintains and negotiates publisher relationships, builds knowledge of new features, betas and inventory, and supports the sales/monetization teams with operational implementation.
Analyzes inventory quality, eCPM, pricing and performance reports to provide actionable insights for campaign and deal optimization.
Responsible for QA, trafficking, pacing, URL approvals, site list management and ongoing monitoring of relevant deal and campaign setups.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in programmatic advertising, publisher management, deal management or digital campaign operations.
Strong understanding of operational processes in publisher steering and deal management, particularly handling PMP, AlwaysOn and trade deals.
Experience using AdTech systems such as DSPs, ad servers and adjacent platforms for booking, managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
Confident handling of performance, pricing and inventory data and experience analyzing them to support operational and tactical decisions.
Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders such as Investment Management and client teams, as well as with external publishers and sellers.
Solid knowledge of QA, trafficking, pacing and ongoing monitoring of deal and campaign setups.
Excellent organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work in a dynamic operational environment.
High level of quality awareness and the ability to reliably follow processes and independently manage operational topics.
Ideally, an understanding of the relationships between strategic media planning, operational campaign management and programmatic buying.
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
