Role Overview
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Contribute to the architecture of applied AI solutions across enterprise workflows
- Build AI agents and workflows using Java-based AI frameworks
- Implement RAG patterns and Model Context Protocol integrations
- Develop systems with high standards for scalability and performance
- Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical designs
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in Java
- Strong proficiency in Java (preferably Java 21)
- Solid knowledge of Spring Boot (preferably 3.4.x+)
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI or AI-powered applications
- Experience in designing and deploying distributed systems and microservice-based architectures
- Understanding of AI concepts including RAG and MCP
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
