Effectively manage the day-to-day processing of employee payroll
Deliver the highest quality of service in Payroll and Benefits Administration operations by executing all activities in compliance with existing procedures, legal regulations and customer requirements
Work closely with multiple stakeholders in driving an optimal resource management strategy to retain knowledge and effective use of manpower
Be the first point of contact for payroll queries for colleagues in the countries you are in charge of
Identify key delivery areas and develop client metrics and scorecard for operational excellence
Requirements
2+ years of previous experience in a similar position
Business-oriented mindset
Excellent understanding of payroll processes and Greek payroll knowledge
University degree (preferable payroll, HR)
Very good command of English & Greek
Strong analytical and very good organizational skills, close attention to detail
