- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven experience building and scaling production AI systems
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design platforms
- Expertise in cloud platforms, distributed systems, and container orchestration
- Demonstrated leadership in technical strategy and platform design
- Excellent communication skills
