Provide onsite support at an overseas customer location.
Work independently at a high level with reach-back support available for complex issues.
Troubleshoot, isolate, and resolve hardware, software, and network faults to restore full system functionality.
Manage spare parts, tools, and system components to ensure operational readiness.
Prepare and maintain documentation including SOPs, maintenance records, configuration baselines, and technical reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with current 5-year update.
Must have or be able to pass a polygraph.
Must have or be able to get Security+ within a year of employment.
Hands-on operational experience with Linux (CentOS/Red Hat) and Windows Server systems software installation, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing.
Familiarity or experience with supporting major joint/combatant command software systems.
Familiarity or experience with Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) and/or Air Operations Centers (AOC).
Familiarity or Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, and Docker-Compose).

Support routine and scheduled maintenance on SATCOM terminals, RF equipment, baseband systems, antennas, power systems, and related network components.
Conduct system health checks, diagnostics, and performance monitoring.
Coordinate with engineering support teams and vendors for escalated issues, repairs, and system upgrades.
Capability to troubleshoot problems at component, system, and network.
Deliver hands-on training to customer personnel on system operation, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
