Responsible for building enterprise-wide AI fluency as a core leadership and workforce capability
Design and activate scalable, modern learning experiences that move employees from awareness to confident application of AI
Lead an "AI in Action" ecosystem supporting rapid experimentation and real-world application through partnerships
Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases for embedding AI into daily workflows
Partner with the Senior Creative Director for internal AI leverage through creative design and communities of practice
Measure and evolve AI capability maturity across the enterprise
Continuously iterate learning and enablement strategies based on data and learner behavior

8-10 years of relevant experience in learning, talent, digital transformation, or related fields
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise learning, digital enablement, or emerging technology initiatives in a complex organization
Proven success designing scalable learning experiences that drive behavior change and capability adoption
Experience partnering across HR, IT, and business teams to activate new technologies in real workflows
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Learning Design, Organizational Development, Technology, or related field preferred
Deep understanding of learning science, adult learning principles, and learner behavior
Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and AI concepts
Experience with creative design, learning experience design (LXD), and social learning ecosystems
Strong consulting, influence, and partnership skills across senior stakeholders
High learning agility and comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong enterprise mindset
