Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a business attorney
- Preferred 5+ years of experience as a corporate, transactional, or licensing attorney
- Juris Doctor from an accredited university with outstanding academic credentials
- Current bar membership (in good standing)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with AI tools in everyday practice
- Experience in fiber, cable, home internet, or broadband preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
