Design of test rigs for compressors and turbines and their adaptation to the test bench, particularly assemblies in the test-article environment such as inlets, traversing systems, guide-vane actuation systems, housings, bearings, etc.
Design tasks ranging from simple component tests to complex engine and assembly builds for development.
Documentation through design deliverables, detailed drawings (including bills of materials) and 3D models using the CAD tool Siemens NX and PLM Teamcenter.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Several years of experience in the relevant field
Excellent knowledge and understanding of CAD modeling, assemblies and drawing creation (experience with Siemens NX is an advantage)
Good knowledge of fundamental general design and drawing standards (e.g., geometric tolerancing)
Very good English and German skills, both written and spoken
Ability to systematically assess complex interrelationships and solve complex problems
Team player with the ability to work in simultaneous engineering teams
