Lead the design and execution of complex test activities, ensuring strong and relevant test coverage in alignment with project and product needs
Select appropriate test methods and support the definition of sample sizes and acceptance levels together with the team, Project Development Teams, and Quality Leads
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians, helping elevate best practices across the team
Ensure test results are accurate, traceable, and clearly documented to support strong decision-making
Drive and contribute to root-cause analysis together with cross-functional stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve test methods, processes, and organizational efficiency

Minimum 5 years of experience within mechanical, electrical, or robotics engineering
Good analytical skills and experience supporting or driving root-cause analysis activities
The ability to guide, support, and collaborate with colleagues across teams in a positive and constructive way
A structured mindset with an eye for high-quality documentation and efficient workflows
Strong communication skills and fluency in English; Danish is a plus but not required
Experience with data acquisition and sensors (temperature, humidity, strain gauges, load cells) is an advantage
Knowledge of test methodology, equipment management, calibration, or ISO 17025 is an advantage
