Role Overview

• Coordinating, scheduling, and registering appointments for office visits
• Managing inbound and outbound calls
• Basic triage, message taking, preregistration
• Elevating identified barriers to access to leadership
• Engage in conversations about copayments and outstanding balances

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year Healthcare contact center, ambulatory or acute clinic or physician office experience
