About this role
Role Overview
Prepare and deliver data-driven analyses to support HR and management decision-making across multiple countries
Support annual and ad-hoc compensation processes such as merit and bonus cycles
Conduct salary surveys and market analyses to ensure competitive and compliant reward structures
Contribute to pay equity analyses, works council materials, and global or regional pay transparency initiatives
Run country-level C&B data audits and support continuous improvement of HR data quality
Assist with the administration of local benefit programs in line with policies and guidelines
Participate in regional and local C&B or HR-related projects, adapting to evolving business priorities
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Initial professional experience in HR; prior exposure to Compensation & Benefits is an advantage
Fluent English, used as the main working language in an international, matrix environment
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data and analytical reports
A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
General understanding of HR-related topics (e.g. core HR processes, employee lifecycle, rewards, or data-driven HR decision-making) and curiosity to further develop expertise
