Role Overview
- Serve as a trusted advisor to initiative leadership and executive sponsors
- Collaborate with the internal change management team
- Champion the Change Management Community of Practice
- Design and execute stakeholder engagement strategies
- Enhance and standardize change management methodologies and tools
- Develop and implement communications and training strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience directly supporting a Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS)
- Minimum 5 years of experience applying change management principles
- Minimum 5 years of experience collaborating with project teams
- Minimum 3 years supporting technology initiatives
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading internal change teams
- Ability to write, edit, and quickly deliver high-quality communications
