Conduct or oversee user testing and/or guerrilla testing.
Create responsive and native experiences, user flows and journeys, scenarios, conceptual sketches, and prototypes.
Develop and cultivate relationships across teams and disciplines to foster collaboration and efficiency.
Advocate for an outstanding customer experience, down to the details.

Experience in web and mobile/app design.
Portfolio is required; show us that you can design an experience. We accept Behance and Dribbble links.
Provide examples of well-executed projects that demonstrate a thorough understanding of visual language and interaction design principles.
Experience with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Principle, ProtoPie, and/or other prototyping and interaction tools.
Experience in creating and defining design systems.
Knowledge of interface patterns and strong attention to detail.
Produce highly polished, professional deliverables.
Strong understanding of user experience and interaction principles within the constraints of devices and desktop environments.
Knowledge of Design Thinking, and understanding of DesignOps, Design Systems, and Style Guides for proper application and evolution of components.
Experience with motion design is a plus.
