This position will be responsible for conducting strategic prospecting, deepening the understanding of customer needs, and directly supporting the Sales team pipeline:
Conduct research on enterprise accounts and identify outreach opportunities.
Execute active (outbound) prospecting via email, phone, and social networks.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on the ICP and the sales methodologies in use.
Lead diagnostic conversations to understand prospects’ pains, priorities, and business context.
Record information and keep the CRM up to date at all times, ensuring pipeline accuracy.
Schedule handoffs and meetings for the Sales team and perform structured handoffs according to the Sales timeline.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve flows, messaging, and pre-sales processes.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a consultative, investigative, and results-driven profile to identify and qualify opportunities within enterprise accounts.
Previous experience in Pre-Sales (SDR/BDR), Inside Sales, or commercial roles, preferably with corporate clients.
Experience with outbound prospecting processes and lead qualification in complex sales cycles.
Solid knowledge of sales methods such as SPIN Selling, BANT, MEDDIC, GPCT, or similar.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot) for pipeline management and activity logging.
Familiarity with prospecting and sales intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo).
Strong market research and analysis skills to understand the structure and challenges of large accounts.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills for conducting consultative conversations with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
