Leading large, international projects in roles such as overall project lead, rollout manager or IT coordinator.
Leading and coordinating interdisciplinary and international project teams, and performing efficient stakeholder management at the corporate level.
Applying the SAP Activate methodology and executing all phases, from fit-to-standard workshops through testing and migration activities to a successful go-live.
Ensuring project quality, risk management and compliance with defined standards across the entire project lifecycle.
Taking a hands-on approach to technical and process challenges — you create solutions rather than just manage them.
Further developing project management processes and standards within the SAP environment.
Requirements
Several years of relevant professional experience in project and team leadership, ideally from demanding corporate environments where you consistently operated at eye level.
Proven expertise in SAP, particularly in S/4HANA transformations and common project methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate).
Technical or IT background: you possess solid technological skills, preferably from SAP development (ABAP, Fiori, integration scenarios) or another technical IT environment.
Strong communication skills, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to take unconventional approaches when necessary.
