Role Overview
Work alongside the business team to understand product problems and opportunities
Actively participate in discovery stages, supporting the definition of hypotheses and opportunities
Use data, metrics and research learnings to guide design decisions
Co-create solutions with business, content, research and technology teams
Develop flows, wireframes, prototypes and interfaces with quality and consistency
Build and evolve digital journeys aligned with each customer’s timing and needs
Validate solutions with users and stakeholders, iterating based on feedback and results
Track the impact of deliveries and contribute to the continuous improvement of products
Requirements
Education: Completed postgraduate degree
Strong UI/Craft design skills (Figma / Design Systems / prototypes) – quickly materialize hypotheses into navigable interfaces for A/B experiments and incremental releases
Lean product discovery – gather enough evidence (desk research, data, market benchmarking) to prioritize and de-risk before delivering, without lengthy processes
Behavioral analysis/telemetry (e.g., FullStory, funnel metrics, post-event metrics such as CES/NPS) – detect friction (e.g., rage clicks), formulate hypotheses and measure impact
Ability to experiment and iterate (growth mindset) – structure small tests, measure, learn and iterate quickly on the account opening/activation journey
Ease in prioritization and roadmapping with the product triad (product, design, engineering) – convert opportunities into a clear backlog aligned with squad/community objectives
