Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and beyond — optimizing for CAC and ROI
Build and scale a content flywheel that feeds SEO and inbound growth
Set up and optimize lifecycle flows and nurture sequences in HubSpot
Monitor and report on key metrics: CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates
Leverage AI tools to automate, personalize, and accelerate campaign execution
Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to align on growth priorities
Requirements
~5 years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
Proven track record of driving measurable results across multiple channels
Strong analytical mindset — you turn data into decisions, not just dashboards
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
Solid understanding of SEO and content-driven growth strategies
Growth hacking mindset — you spin up landing pages, hijack a channel creatively, and extract customer signal fast
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Italian or other European languages are a plus
