Drives execution of internal and external technology projects to completion
Coordinates project activities, maintaining project plans, tracking timelines, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
Supports client-facing licensed software implementations as well as internal initiatives
Works closely with cross-functional teams and external clients to drive day-to-day execution
Maintains visibility into project status and keeps projects on track against timelines
Contributes to improving project delivery practices and supporting technology initiatives
Manages multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, tax, computer science, information systems (MIS) or equivalent STEM degrees or certifications, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven ability to develop and cultivate meaningful relationships with internal/external clients resulting in client loyalty, trust, satisfaction and continued growth and expansion
Experience with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Access)
Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp (preferred), Jira, Asana, or similar
Experience with one or more data analytics and/or visualization platforms
Any project, process, or program management certifications, such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
