You independently lead and coordinate a team of approximately 16 employees remotely.
You recruit motivated team members who represent the beeline brand in the stores of our concession partners.
With your strong communication skills you maintain relationships with our business partners.
You optimize sales, costs and points of sale.
In addition, you are responsible for space and assortment planning, profitability control and visual merchandising.
You maintain a strategic overview of your territory and ensure smooth operational processes.
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Store Manager, Area Manager, District Manager or in a comparable position, preferably in retail.
You hold a completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration.
You have at least 2 years of leadership experience; hiring, conducting employee reviews and dismissals are familiar to you.
You are proficient in English to participate in international projects and to fully benefit from trainings.
You are proficient in using the MS Office suite.
You hold a valid driving license and are willing to travel.
