Pharmacy Technician Representative

Role Overview

• Providing assistance to pharmacists, pharmacy coordinators, and pharmacy programs or initiatives
• Evaluating and resolving pharmacy issues
• Providing member support for programs and initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a health care/insurance industry (or equivalent)
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• High School Diploma with current State Pharmacy Technician Licensures in good standing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Managed care customer service experience
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office product skills
• Pharmaceutical names, types, uses, and other information
• Handle multiple tasks and possess strong organizational skills
• Self-motivator with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred
