Performance campaigns & optimization
Development, management and optimization of ad campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and, if applicable, Programmatic/DV360)
Ongoing analysis of data, KPIs and customer journeys — deriving optimization and testing ideas
Management of budgets, audience strategies and funnel setups
Development and continuous improvement of cross-channel ads strategies for your clients
Proactive consulting on campaign architecture, creatives, audiences, tracking and landing pages
Regular coordination meetings, status calls and presentations of learnings & recommendations
Preparation of monthly reports including insights, plain-language summaries and strategic recommendations
Close collaboration with the ads team on new trends, strategies, AI approaches and best practices

Experience in digital/performance marketing (agency or in-house)
Strong knowledge in at least one of the following: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or Programmatic
Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for KPIs, data and testing
Strong communication skills, customer orientation and a consulting mindset
Structured way of working, solution-oriented approach and desire for professional development
Confident use of tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, and optionally Looker Studio
Open to AI tools for research, optimization, QA and structuring
Residence in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) or willingness to work regularly from Cologne (especially during the first 6 months)
