Role Overview
Designing campaigns for B2B clients in collaboration with the design team and optimizing them for maximum performance on LinkedIn, Google & Facebook
Conceptualizing, creating, and testing various B2B social ads strategies
Contributing to the growth of the B2B division and the expansion of the service portfolio
Monitoring campaign performance and deriving actionable recommendations
Taking responsibility for overall project management as the primary client contact
Participating in internal and external initiatives such as workshops, process optimizations, and article writing
Requirements
Initial experience in social ads with a focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads
Early professional experience across different companies combined with professional client-facing experience
Experience with various systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
Client-focused analytical skills to determine the right actions and recommendations
Articulate with a strong command of German and English
Strong team spirit and high motivation
