Support the direction and development of the long-term organizational financial strategy and operations
Responsible for oversight of the Senior Financial Analysts
Develop, interpret and implement complex financial and accounting concepts or techniques to support financial planning and control
Provide financial business development, analytical services and recommendations that influence sound business decisions
Ensure consistent, efficient, and timely month-end reporting
Monitor proper reporting for department financials and provide guidance to staff and recommendations to leadership on allocations
Support leadership training regarding financials, ensuring understanding of key financial metrics
Manage finance team and department functions to build and leverage teamwork and cooperation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
Broad based experience knowledge of finance, business planning, cost accounting/service line analysis and budgeting normally obtained over five to eight years of progressive financial experience
Strong track record of working successfully with members of the Senior Leadership Team, operations, management and staff.
Five (5) years financial analysis experience; experience in a health care organization preferred.
