You manage exclusive premium events & incentives from concept through planning and budgeting to flawless execution
Focus: international hospitality, culinary and cultural formats in a premium automotive environment
You will work closely with clients, partners and a creative team across Events, Editorial and Design
Research, ideation and concept development
Organization and coordination of high-end events & VIP incentives
Point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Preparation of presentations, briefings, budgets and cost calculations
Participant management and comprehensive event documentation
Contract review, budget control and event accounting
On-site event support — in Germany and across Europe, often on weekends
