About this role
Role Overview
Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.
Set up and manage Business Managers, ad accounts, Meta Pixels, Conversions API, custom audiences, and tracking systems.
Create and optimize high-converting landing pages and funnels inside GoHighLevel.
Configure automations, pipelines, forms, lead routing systems, and CRM integrations.
Monitor daily campaign performance, budget pacing, CPL, CPA, and ROAS metrics.
Conduct ongoing A/B testing across audiences, creatives, hooks, messaging, and offers.
Deliver weekly performance reports and communicate actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Participate in client kickoff calls, optimization reviews, and strategic growth conversations.
Collaborate closely with creative teams by providing performance-informed creative direction.
Maintain organized documentation for all campaign builds and processes according to internal standards.
Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong performance and communication standards.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns in lead generation environments.
Proven success reducing CPL and improving CPA performance metrics.
Strong experience with GoHighLevel, including funnels, campaigns, pipelines, and automations.
Experience implementing Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking.
Previous experience running paid media campaigns for digital marketing agencies.
Understanding of attribution tracking, CRM integrations, and lead management systems.
Familiarity with Zapier, Make, webhooks, and automation workflows.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities effectively.
Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting and presenting campaign data.
Excellent communication skills for client-facing meetings and reporting.
Experience collaborating with creative teams and guiding ad creative strategy based on performance data.
Self-starter mindset with strong accountability and operational discipline.
