About this role
Role Overview
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
Identify and qualify potential clients within target industries and ICPs.
Generate and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Research prospects and personalize outreach messaging based on company needs and pain points.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
Stay informed on AI trends, SaaS products, and competitor solutions.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development, or outbound sales role.
Previous experience selling or supporting AI SaaS, SaaS platforms, or B2B tech solutions.
Strong cold outreach and lead generation skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, or Salesloft.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a KPI-driven sales environment.
