Product development & features: You evolve our core functionalities technically — from the CRM and our smart form editor to our centerpiece: the flexible workflow builder.
Rapid iterations: You have direct impact. You act on customer feedback in an agile way and roll out updates or optimizations promptly.
Keep UI/UX in mind: You think from the users' perspective and ensure that complex processes remain intuitive.
Scaling the system architecture: You design and implement our future system architecture, taking into account the optimal tech stack.

Solid full-stack experience: You have several years of experience with production web applications and have successfully designed or scaled architectures.
Ownership mindset: You willingly take full responsibility for the product, code quality, and smooth operation.
Decisiveness: You have a clear vision of modern software development and are eager to make proactive technology direction decisions.
Solution-oriented & proactive: You enjoy diving into new topics (e.g., API integrations with the financial sector) and take pleasure in being hands-on in implementation.
