About this role

Design, implement, and optimise IFS ERP solution
Work closely with People, IT, and Finance teams to ensure HR processes support business goals
Drive process improvements and tackle complex challenges
Shape a scalable HCM solution for a fast-growing international organisation

Strong functional expertise in IFS Cloud [Ideally] or IFS Applications (Apps 8–10) with a focus on HCM modules
Proven experience in People system implementation or support
Solid understanding of global People processes (employee lifecycle, time & attendance, performance, competence, etc.)
Ability to run workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into system solutions
Experience with data migration, testing cycles, and go‑live support
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Experience with integrations (e.g. payroll, identity management, external time systems, other HR technology).
Knowledge of IFS Lobbies and reporting tools.
Understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Consulting or multi‑industry experience.
