Role Overview
Coordinate release readiness and learning operations to ensure product releases are accompanied by clear, accessible training and enablement resources.
Manage release readiness planning for learning deliverables, aligning timelines between product releases and training publication.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, support, documentation, and marketing) to capture learning requirements and confirm acceptance criteria.
Administer the LMS: create and maintain courses, manage enrollments, configure learning paths, and troubleshoot platform issues.
Develop and maintain release checklists and runbooks that specify required learning assets, review cycles, and sign-offs for launch readiness.
Oversee the scheduling and deployment of eLearning content, live trainings, and enablement sessions tied to releases.
Monitor learning completion and engagement metrics; compile reports that inform release retrospectives and continuous improvement.
Facilitate quality checks for learning content, ensuring accessibility, version control, and accurate alignment with product behavior.
Lead post-release assessments to capture feedback, measure learning effectiveness, and recommend adjustments to content or delivery.
Communicate release training status to stakeholders and escalate risks or blockers to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
7+ years of professional experience in release coordination, learning operations, instructional design operations, or LMS administration.
Experience with release management or release planning processes, including cross-functional coordination.
Familiarity with eLearning content types and basic authoring tools (for example: Articulate, Captivate, or equivalent) is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills to manage concurrent release schedules and learning deliverables.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and producing clear status reports.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
