Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, play a key role in developing partnerships
Work closely with Marketing, Technology, Claims, Customer Service, Project Managers and other Business teams
Identify, lead and drive the priority growth levers with partners and oversee their implementation
Build a pipeline of opportunities and prospects to achieve expected targets
Identify partnership opportunities
Monitor your portfolio (claims experience, retention, Gross Written Premium (GWP), conversion rate, bookings)

Higher education (law, business school or insurance school)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the insurance sector, ideally with underwriting experience
Strong commercial orientation and a keen interest in business development
Able to develop trusted relationships within complex organisations
Proficiency in English required to follow internal training

Remote work agreement in place since 2021 allowing up to 3 days of remote work per week to support work–life balance
Company car provided (valid Category B driving licence required)
