Serve as a senior, trusted first‑line risk advisor to European Investment Services leadership
Oversee regulatory risks across a large portfolio of EMEA jurisdictions
Partner with lines of defence and enterprise-wide business risk teams to execute thematic control assessments
Lead and facilitate risk discussions across governance forums and executive engagements
Review, challenge, and refine risk reporting, KRIs, emerging risks, and breach/limit escalation materials
Lead execution of RCSA workshops and advise on control design

10+ years of experience in risk, compliance and/or audit functions within the financial industry
Hands on digital asset risk management experience
Strong understanding of client facing operational risk and EMEA regulatory frameworks
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, risk management, or a related discipline
