Role Overview
- Independently post all transactions for condominium owners' associations (WEG).
- Prepare annual accounts in accordance with WEG regulations.
- Prepare financial plans (Wirtschaftspläne) and asset overviews.
- Issue outgoing invoices.
- Maintain and continuously update property and owner data.
Requirements
- Experience in WEG accounting and settlement procedures.
- Structured, reliable working style with a strong commitment to quality.
- Confident user of industry-specific software (e.g., powerhaus, Domus 4000).
- Able to independently and confidently apply the principles of proper accounting, including double-entry bookkeeping.
