Inside Sales

Role Overview

• You identify and analyze new customer potential and proactively contact prospects and new customers by phone.
• As the central interface within the sales team, you provide comprehensive support to our customers and work closely with the field sales team.
• You prepare customized quotes and contracts and professionally manage the entire sales process with a service-oriented approach.
• You advise our customers by phone on our services and support them with questions and individual concerns.
• You conduct contract negotiations in the context of cancellations or new tenders and derive appropriate measures.
• You are responsible for maintaining and updating our customer database and for structured documentation of all sales-relevant information.

Requirements

• You are passionate about consulting and sales — you are a communicative sales professional with a good sense for the needs of your interlocutors.
• You have completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an office clerk or industrial clerk, or hold a comparable qualification. Ideally you have already gained initial professional experience in a sales environment — for example in inside sales or field sales.
• You impress with a professional appearance, a structured way of working, and a high degree of reliability and attention to detail. You work proactively and solution-oriented.
• You communicate confidently and openly in German and English and enjoy actively engaging and networking on professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
• You have good MS Office skills. Ideally, you already have experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
