Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline
8+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility of scope and leadership
5+ years of managing and leading large impact, large budget, high risk, client facing, and critical projects
3+ years of experience in leading organizational development and change management
5+ years using Project Management software
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Certification in change management from an accredited organization
