Define, track, and analyze execution KPIs.
Support roadmap planning with feature scope alignment.
Identify execution risks and resolve technical blockers.
Collaborate with management for team process improvements.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
10+ years of experience in engineering teams.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships (to drive issues to closure).
Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of proactively working across the organization to drive issues to closure.
